What Do Skin Tags On The Chest, Neck And Face Indicate?
Ihave in the last few months developed something similar to tags on my chest, neck and face. They however have white tops similar to whiteheads (blackheads) If they are picked at the white comes off and leaves a tag. They seem to have started on my neck and chest and spread in clusters or patches. I am 80 years old but fairly healthy
