Hello,

Mostly bumps on the eyelid are due to meibomian gland blockage and swelling, condition which is called chalazion.

It is important to stop any possible local treatments you are taking and that might aggravate them and see your doctor. Your doctor may give you some ointment with antibiotic and a steroid combined together to help them resolve.

Most of them resolve with time even without any treatment while some of them may need surgery or local steroid injection if they continue to grow.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
