What Do Small Bumps On The Face And Left Arm Indicate?
Hello. I am 37 years old male. I get spontaneous goosebumps in my face and left arm. It has been more than 7 years that this is going on. When I am talking normal it comes and goes even when I am not excited at all. I get a creeping feeling which I hate. I have not been able to find a reason so far based on my personal research. I have never smoked or drunk alcohol, I work out 5 days a week. I have never used any kind of drugs in my life. I would appreciate if you could please help me to find the answer for my problem.

The goosebumps are not suggestive for any pathology. They are usually due to temperature differences. If they happen in hot temperature, check thyroid hormones.
