Ive had a small white pimple on my penis for about a week but continued masturbating each night anyways. 2 nights ago it turned into a bigger bump, then bigger last night. Its a little bigger than a BB but not quite as large as a pea and its a shiny skin color and painful. The problem seems to be under the skin. Today i woke up and its a little larger and there are 2 decent sized black spots on the bump now, looking kind of like spider bite marks. There is an older pimple looking thing near that bump thats flat and white with a smaller black dot in the middle and has been there nearly 2 months. Both bumps are in the middle of my shaft, too far up to be ingrown hairs. The newer bump looked pretty similar to the older one when it first appeared and masturbation didnt effect the first one and the second definitely seems to be something different right from the start. What might these be and what can i do on my own to help get rid of them? Is this something that requires a doctors attention?
