What Do Small Bumps Under The Right Armpit Indicate?

I have 2 little bumps under right armpit. The left was dry last night but the right arm was a bit sweaty and smelly. It also burns when I use my spray on deodorant. Never had this problem before. I ll will check with a doc asap before it gets worse. Can u please help me as to what is going on??

There are lymph nodes are located in armpit. This is why many people, especially women, get nervous when they find an armpit lump.
It may be due to bacterial or viral infections, fungal infections, a fibroadenoma (noncancerous fibrous tissue growth), harmless fat or tissue growths, and even sometimes cancerous growths.
Your doctor will conduct a physical examination and may order a biopsy to determine the cause of the lump.
Check it with your doctor as early as you can.
