What Do Small Lumps Around Ear Indicate?

2 small lumps one infront of my right ear and the other behind.They aren't noticeable but are painful to touch, other I noticed 2 smal lumps under and infront of my ear.They are painful to touch ,my ear feels blocked and lhave a headace, also turning my head causes pain

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain 2 small lumps over the ear can be swollen lymph nodes, one pre-auricular lymph node that is infront of the ear and one post auricular lymph node that is behind the ear..
The most common cause of swollen and tender lymph nodes seems to be due to infection and as you have blocked ears it can be due to infection in ear and blocked feeling can be due to fluid accumulation in ears..

I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
A biopsy or FNAC of the lymph nodes can help..

In case of infection antibiotics can be advised to you.
Warm compresses over the lymph nodes can also help..
