Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
there are these small tiny multiple warts on the skin covering my testicles. This causes me a lot of irritation and I cannot resist myself from scratching a lot, which also causes redness. I have learnt that Propygenta NF cream could cure the issue. I would like to know if that is correct?
Smear from area along with PCR test can tell viral infection (HPV etc.) Consult infectious diseases doctor. The cream you mentioned will not do any help if these are really warts. It needs different treatment and it's important to take too. (Strengthen your immunity via eating healthy fresh fruits, juices, steamed vegetables and amla, aloe vera, basil, antioxidantsmultivitamin etc.)
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
