What Do Sore Spots On The Body Indicate?

89 year old ha painful sore spots that seem to come on in the evening . feels under the skin and throbs. ihave pacemaker and afib. tke coumedin daily. I have prostate cancer and metabolized to bone cancer. I am taking meds and infusions for the bone cancer. not having radiamytion, but chemo pillsdaily and shots every 4 months. heart is weak and I need a nitro pill often. I am doing ok except this new pain is hard to take. I am a male. and still want to go on.
