General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi;
Thanks for writing to HCM.
First of all hiv symptoms do not occur so soon as there is a Window period ranging from 6 month to yrs in which patients are all fine.
Rest all the symptoms mentioned by u are suggesting about possible STD.
as the vdrl is negative one can think about gonorrhea or non gonococal urethritis whic is common ly associated with myalgia and arthralgia.
I suggest u to visit a venerologist or a STD clinic.
Treatment for Non gonococal urethritis is azithromycin.
Thanks
Hope I answered ur queries.
