What Do Sores Behind The Left Ear And Lower Neck Indicate?

I have sores that start out like an inside sit then they swell. I hve 1 big one behind my left ear on the lower deck of my neck as well as a really big 1 on my ear. They hurt and feel like if I just pop them it will relieve the pressure. I ve gotten black green and clear fluid along with blood out of these. I also have a few on the left side of my face on the jawline as well as next to my ear. My question is, what could these be? Also I have a huge goiter on my left side of my thyroid and a 25-30 lil goiters growing on my right side could this be connected? And if my goiter was cancerous (still need to go to Dr to verify) could the cancer come out of my body like this???

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Oozing out of blood and green colored fluid from lesions in neck suggest that these lesions are infectious. I suggest you to get culture of the fluid. The goitre needs to be followed up with thyroid function tests, fine needle aspiration cytology and ultrasound. The goitre needs to be removed surgically.
