What Do Spasms In The Chest Indicate?

Hey I am had a weird chest spasm today it lasted 1 hour or so it felt like my heart was beating fasts leaking all sorts of weird stuff and a pressure in my chest occurred. Should I seek immediate attention? I am okay now but should I still get it checked out. This is re a curing lately. I have recently smoked marijuana and was wondering if it was possibly an anxiety attack? I am 16 years old and smoke cigarettes too

That is much likely due to marijuana but cardiac issues has to be ruled out once and if possible stop using cigarettes and marijuana.
