What Do Spreading, Itchy Rashes On Skin Suggest?

My daughter and I have skin itch that started like a pimple then it went bigger like a cigarette burn. We have it scattered all over our body, not painful and not as itchy as when it started about a week ago. Local ointments like anti fungals aren t helping.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
1. These are wheals. due to allergic reaction.
2. Needs evaluation from your side because it is usually due to food allergy or improperly washed cloths or even polluted water used for bath.
3. If it is due to Food allergy you can avoid the food causing allergy.
4. For temporary relief, use Tablet Loract (Loratidine) 10 mg once a day at night till the symptoms subside.
5. If symptoms persist after 3 days consult a Dermatologist
