Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your symptoms seem non-specific. Cramps and tremors could be a result of numerous things.
1) Ensure that you are adequately hydrating yourself.
2) Wait for a couple of days. These symptoms could be the result of the irradiation that you had to your right lung. There is a plexus of nerves located near your clavicle that could have temporarily been inflamed by the radiation. This is usually temporary.
3) Additionally, you could get a serum electrolyte panel done to ensure you don't have an abnormality with the electrolytes. Any such abnormality could also result in these symptoms.
I hope this helped. If your symptoms persist, you could go consult with your clinician.
