What Do Swelling And Burning Sensation In The Vagina Indicate?

i have burning when I clean my vagina, it is red and swollen, it has like a tumor sticking out of where a penis would go in, sorry-don t know the name of that part. It has been a week and a half since I have been like this. I just finished a second round of antibiotics for a throat and ear infection I had. My last pill was around the time I started with the problem. I thought it was a yeast infection since in the past I ve had it after taking antibiotics. But the burning has not worsened and there is no discharge. It s just swollen, red and the swollen piece of skin- like a piece of skin sticking out of the part I mentioned before.

dear user
about your question i would like to tell you that these symptoms refer to infection you have.....there are multiple organisms causing this infection it may be viral or fungal or bacterial infection...you have no discharge from the vagina as you said it is good but burning sensation with that swelling need simple tests for investigation ...this infection may acquired to you thraugh sexual contact with infected person so if you have sex with some person you should ask him about having sexual infection or not ..that will be helpful alot ...fungal infection usually accompaigned by whitish thicky cheesy discharge and it is not present ....there is what is called hsv2 herpes infection it affect genital organs and cause burning and blisters of the vagina....my advice is to see your doctor to examin you as you coulkdnot diagnose that your self and he may administer blood test and vaginal swab if there is indication for that...you should not having sex untill treatment and complete recovery because that will harm more and will cause severe inflammation...........wish you healthy life
