What Do Swelling And Pain Around A Mole On The Face Indicate?

Hi,I have a beauty spot on my face. Black and symmetrical until a couple of months ago I noticed what seemed to be a white head grow in the middle of it but no puss. It seems to have got bigger morerecently and the last 2 days I thought it was a spot growing beneath it. It s very uncomfortable,swollen and sore, but in a weird aching numb way if that makes sense!!?? And the white part which I thought was a white head seems to have burst but swelling has got much bigger.. Please can you advise?? thank you

Hi,

It could be infected but it could also be turning cancerous. Change of size, color and shape of the mole is always ominous and warrants a dermatologist opinion.
