General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion your symptoms might be related to rheumatoid arthritis.
Rheumatoid Arthritis is an autoimmune disorder that affects joints and commonly starts with pain in joints of wrists and hands bilaterally.
Also it is accompained by stiffness and swelling of these joints commonly in morning, that is a result of inflammation.
You should consult a rheumatologist, for a physical examination, blood analysis check of fibrinogen and rheumatoid factor, X-ray exam of the joints.
You can use Naproxen 500 mg and also apply ice packs, for pain and anflamation reduction.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
