What Do Swelling And Pain On The Nose And Forehead Indicate?

Heyy! So in the past 2 weeks i have had a server case of strep throat also diagnosed with scarlett fever and also have a abscess tooth in the front on top. I have been on 2 antibiotics amoxicillin 500 mg and predizone and now taking penicillin 500 mg 3 times a day. My whole half of my right side of my head and face is swollen a little on the right side of my nose and mouth. Also my right of my forehead hurts. It just don t feel normal do I need to maybe go to the er. I have also been taking ibuprofen and Tylenol for the tooth ache pain.
