I have noticed that the round part of my collor bone (left side) has become swollen and tender to touch. I m also experiencing tenderness/ strain in my breasts. I ve also noticed that I m experiencing back pain. I also keep producing a lot of mucus and it gets stuck on the back of my throat (no coughing) what could all this be?

Hello,

Swelling in medial part of collar bone could be due to bony lesion or soft tissue swelling. I suggest you to get X-ray of the chest which will show the collar bone too. Production of mucus which gets stuck on back of throat could be due to inflammation of the nasal and sinus mucosa.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
