What Do Swelling, Stiffness And Pain In The Right Hand Indicate?

I started a new job bout 3 months ago..since then i have been experiencing strange sensations in my hands . Mainly my right hand, swelling, stiffness, slight pain, hard time making a fist..after sleeping swelling and stiffness worse. Once i go to work and use it continually some of pain and tingling goes away. At home i use a supported wrist brace while sleeping. The difficulty grasping and making a fist are about an 8 on 1-10 scale.. I wont have good insurance until i get hired full time so trying to deal with pain and such til then. thank You for any advice
