What Do Swelling Under The Eyes And Blurred Vision After An Eyebrow Injury Indicate?

I have an injury from this morning. I got hit with a metal gate working cattle. It hit my eyebrow glasses cheek and my glasses hit side of my nose. Did make me dizzy right away then better no swelling but beside nose bruising. 2 hours after injury I blew my nose and it immediately swelled under my right eye and vision blurred from swelling. There was some pain. Do I need to get this looked at or just odd delay of swelling. No epistaxis and can breath through both sides nose ok but my husband said swelling is uneven no bruise
