What Do Swollen And Painful Lumps On The Back Indicate?

I don t know if they are glands or lymph nodes but I have these two spots on the right and left side back of my head that swell up and are very painful. Years ago I got botox injections for migraines and that is one of the spots that I got the injections. They hurt to touch, to sleep, I just don t know what to do.

Please do an FNAC test of the painful lump so that the diagnosis gets confirmed or a regional sonography for the same take tablet Esgipyrin 1 TDS for 3 days.
