My son came home from school with 3 bumps on his forehead that look like insect bites. They are swelling a bit. One of them is draining a clear fluid. I m not sure what they are or how we should treat them. We gave ibuprofen and put a cold compress on them.

If you are sure are insect bites you can use an antibiotic and corticosteroid cream like bethametazon and gentamicin to treat infection and reduce inflammation.
