Hello sir i am little bit confused that hiv antibodies test can false negative after 4-5 years when its progression aids and late stage of hiv

I want to know my hiv status i had a test after 4 years of exposure cmia 4 th genration and rapid test 4-5 time its all test neagtive
Now i have swelling lymph node and oral thrush( i have take antibiotics to my sore throat cause oral thrush)

HIV CMIA 4th generation test is highly reliable test to the extent of 99%.
With multiple nonreactive HIV test even after 4 years the reliability is 100%. There is no chance for multiple HIV tests remain nonreactive 4 years after the high risk activity in the presence of an infection.
Swelling of lymph nodes can our with sore throat. Oral thrush has to be confirmed by an expert physician. That too can occur due various causes other than HIV and prolonged antibiotics can be a reason for Oral thrush.
