Understating your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of oral thrush and swollen lymph nodes after unprotected intercourse which does not seems to be symptoms of HIV. I would suggest you to mainatin complete hygiene and do warm saline gargles several times a day. Visit oral physician once and get it examined and go for proper anti-inflammatory medication course. Avoid intake of sharp, spicy and sticky food and take soft and light diet. Do rinses with nystatin suspensions and avoid intake of cold beverages. You should visit oral pathologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper blood tests done.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
