What Do Swollen Lymph Nodes Indicate?

I am now 20. I had the kikuchi s disease about a year and a half ago. At that time, I did a biopsy and confirmed the disease. These days, I am not sure it s recurring or not but I have very tiny nodes swelling at the side of my neck. And have mild fever which goes away when under medication. I am so worried if it s coming back. If so, can I prevent it from happening? And how? What food or vitamins are helpful to boost my immune system. Please help.
