What Do Synechiae And Bilateral Free Tubal Spill In An HSG Report Indicate?
Hi, My HSG findings show as, There is a 1 cm ovoid filling defect in the dilated right cornu, in keeping with submucosal myoma. Several linear filling defects in the body of the uterus and in the lower uterine segment, likely representing synechiae. Bilateral free tubal spill. What does this mean?

The hysterosalpingography report shows that bilateral fallopian tubes are patent. There is myoma or fibroid in right sided fallopian tube but it is not causing blockage of the tube. It is causing a filing defect. There are filing defects in the body of the uterus which are probably due to adhesions. These findings may interfere with conception. See a gynecologist for further management.
