uterus, part of it protrudes outside.
This is the ectocervix.
The epithelium is the covering lining of the cervix.
IT says that the lining is replaced with altered squamous lining.
The endometrium is secretory ( that resembling the lining before a period ).
A polyp is a thickening of the endometrium, which is present.
Adenomyosis indicates thickening of the wall of the uterus.
Overall it is a normal
biopsy report of the specimen removed.
There is no evidence of any malignancy or cancer.
If you are asymptomatic, please stop worrying and trying to understand the report now.
Other than, in essence, it is a normal report.
