What Do The ICT Test Results Indicate?

My wife is 9 months pregnant in her 36 weeks .She is O -ve and i am A+ve Two ICT test done before resulted negative but one ICT done in 35 week cam back tested postive in undiluted serum and titre negative in 1:8. Repeated three tests came back with same results. Should we be worried about our baby

Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. You need not worry about baby in present pregnancy.
2. It is almost near term and the Rh antibodies are just now starting.
3. She needs immediate anti-D immunization
4. She has been exposed to Rh positive blood of fetus, and during next pregnancy titre needs to be watched out for.
