Welcome to Health care magic.

1.Yor MRI reports seems to be normal for your age.
2.There is an lesion of 19 mm seen in the frontal region - which shows features of meningioma ( the lesion arising from the brain cells). But there is no mass effect or peri lesional changes seen - this should be monitored or compare with the previous studies if done any.
3.And clinical correlation of the centres located in the frontal regions and their pathologies. Suggest a followup for the lesion.
4.Hypertensive smal vessel ischemic changes are normal findings seen in this age due to long standing systemic diseases and age related vascular changes.
5.There is no obvious changes you need to worry about - suggest a followup after 6 months for the meningioma.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
