What Do The TSH Levels In The Following Thyroid Profile Test Indicate?
i have a hypothiroidism my blood tes without levothyroxin is TSH 9.41 FT4 16.06 FT3 5.04 Anti TPO 600 FBS 260 and when i take levothyroxin 25 is TSH 6.58 FT4 17.87 FT3 5.34 Anti TPO 600 FBS 346 we do not have a good doctor here in my city please help me to fix my thyroid problem thanks doctor

Hi,
You are hypothyroid and Diabetic. You are taking levothroxin and your blood reports for TSH and ft4 are ok. In my opinion you should continue levothroxin in the dose you are already on.
Second you should get treated for diabetes. Tab Metformin 500 mg OD and Tab voglibose 10 mg. Start OD morning and keep morning walk for 3/4 km. Change your lifestyle.
