What Do The Blood Test Results Indicate?

Hi. Recent blood work shows all good levels, except my Bilirubin is 1.3 and my ALT (SGPT) is 59. I exercise like crazy, watch my diet and my cholesterol is 163. Glucose is low, 71. All I take for meds is OTC Ibuprofen, prn, occasional Tylenol Severe congestion, for allergies and very occasional Allegra D. Are these numbers something to be concerned about?? BTW, I am 45 years old, 5 feet 6.5 inches, weigh 146 pounds and am very healthy otherwise.

Desirable level for cholesterol is < 200 mg/dl. Normal total bilirubin is o.3-1.3 mg/dl. Normal ALT range is 7–41 U/L. Normal fating glucose range is 70-100 mg/dl. so when this value compare to your profile, ALT is slight high. But this rise in ALT has no significant. And glucose value is depend on your time when you take the sample whether after meal or fasting. So your blood report is absolutely normal. Not to worry. Thank you. have a nice day.
