My 9 month daughter recently had blood drawn. Canadian values

Ionized Calcium 1.37 (normal is 1.15-1.29mmol/l
I had surgery at 30 weeks for primary hyperparathyroidism. Removal of one parathyroid was successful. My calcium levels returned to normal. Full term baby t 39 week weighing 2.7kg.
Hello and welcome to HCM, The test results of your baby show normal level of total calcium and near normal values of ionized calcium. The surgery for hyperparathyroidism has in no way affected the levels of calcium in your baby so there is nothing to worry.
