What Do The Findings About Placenta In Second Trimester Ultrasound Suggest?

Hi , i am 16 weeks 2 days pregnant.My age is 31 years.This my first pregnancy. Today i got my scanning and the report says that Placenta of Grade "o" maturity ,posterior upper & mid segment ending well above the internal OS.I want to know what is placenta of o maturity & posterior & upper mid segment.

The placenta maturity indicates ageing and the location means it's position in uterus.
At 16 weeks the placenta you have mentioned is fine and there is no need to worry.
