What Do The Findings In A Trans-vaginal Sonography Suggest, Have History Of Polycystic Ovary?

Good day! I just had a trans-vaginal sonography and my last period was November 2013 and until now I;m delayed. I m polycystic and with what I m feeling now I suspected pregnancy. And here s the result of my TVS. I just need to know what it is and could I be pregnant? Impression: Normal sized anteverted uterus Thick and intact hyperechoic endometrium. Multicystic, right ovary. Corpus luteum, left ovary No adrenal masses seen in this scan Minimal cul- de- sac. I will wait for your answer. Thanks.

Hello,
Welcome to HCM
After going through your history and TVS findings, presently there is no possible pregnancy.
The findings from TVS suggests that you are having a polycystic ovaries mainly in the right ovary.
But your chances of becoming pregnant in future are also present because corpus luteum is a sign of ovulation.
Thank you.
