Hello,
welcome to HCM
Your transvaginal ultrasound scan seems to be normal.
Normally uterus will be anteverted which is the normal position.Since you are 5 weeks pregnant, only gestational sac is seen.Fetal pole and cardiac activity of the fetus will be seen at around 7-8 weeks.
A single gestational sac means there is going to be only one baby,it rules out the presence of twins.
As The gestational sac is seen in the endometrial cavity it rules out ectopic pregnancy.
So,no need to worry,Your scan is normal.
Have a happy and safe pregnancy.
Hope you are happy with the answer
Thank you
