What Do The Following CT Report Indicate?

Dear Doctor, Below is mentioned in my CT Report, kindly advise. Both kid neys show ir regular lobulated cortical outline, suggestive of scarring. There is a cyst measuring ~ 2. 7 x 2. 2 cm with coarse calcific foci along its wall, seen at the up p er p ole of the right kid ney. Small non obstructive calculus measuring ~ 3mm is seen at the mid group calyces of the right kidney. Impression: -Bilateral renal cortical carring with a right renal cyst as mentioned (BOSNIAK 2F ). -Small right renal non obstructive calculus .
