Hi,
Your son has got fever since last five days. Has he got any other symptoms like vomiting, giddiness, loose motions, cough, joint pain, painful swelling, urinary complaints, throat pain, rash.

I would like to know details of complete blood count report like total wbc count, platelet count.

It is too early to do widal test for the fever of five days and his neutrophils and lymphocytes percentage is also within normal limits.

If his fever has decreasing trend and decreased frequency of fever spikes then it could be also viral fever.

Maintain adequate hydration by plenty of water. Maintain adequate nutrition. Give paracetamol as and when required according to his weight.

If your son is playful and active when afebrile then it is more likely to be a viral fever.
