General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Externally, the blood report is indicating any possible recent viral infection.

However, we should consider bone marrow problems too. We should compare with other blood tests reports plus with your current symptoms.

Discuss this further with your caring doctor. Further consultation with hematologist is required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
