What Do The Following Lab Test Results Indicate?

My lab results that I received from my doctor are: elevated WBC 12.7, AST 68, ALT 116. they have increased in the last 6 weeks. I have a pin point red rash on my back, blurred vision, pain in my left lower back, sternal chest pain that goes under my left breast and pain on the top of my right breast, muscle weakness, fatigue, and I cant lay on my left side as it feels like something is pushing. CXR showed a mass, CT scan showed a mass in the superior mediastinal area. My doctor has not given me any diagnosis for this can you suggest what it might be. I am scheduled for a bronchoscopy on Tuesday.

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should consult pulmonologist and get done biopsy from the mediastinal node.
Since you are having mass lesion in mediastinum in CT, possibility of malignancy is more.
Your liver enzymes are also elevated.
So better to get done ultrasound examination of abdomen to see liver texture and rule out any spread.
Lymphoma can be the cause.
But biopsy is needed to rule out this.
For biopsy of mediastinal node you need to get done Bronchoscopy and EBUS (Endo Bronchial Ultrasound) guided biopsy from mediastinal node.
