General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
As per the result of your lipid profile, your LDL Cholesterol level is high.

A high LDL Cholesterol is a major risk factor for the development of atherosclerosis (deposition of fat in the arteries) which can cause heart disease.
Your body mass index (BMI) is calculated as exactly 30.4 Kg/m2 which is suggestive of class-I obesity.

Normal or ideal BMI weight range for your height: 53 - 72 kgs

You need to have certain lifestyle changes not only to reduce the high LDL Cholesterol but also the overweight such as:

1. Avoid alcohol, smoking, fatty meals, high caloric foods, fast and junk foods, etc.
2. Eat home cooked food, increase the intake of fruits and vegetables.
3.Do physical exercise at least for half an hour daily at moderate to vigorous intensity. Walking or cycling may be better.

Kindly repeat the lipid profile after 6-8 weeks and if the LDL cholesterol is found to be high you may need to take cholesterol lowering drugs such as Statin.

Hope the advice given above would be useful.
