What Do The Following Liver Test Results Indicate?

LIVER – MEASURES 14.3 cm. An ill defined isoechoice lesion measuring 6.0*5.4 is noted in segment IV of liver and adjacent GB fossa. GB lumen contracted with indistinct walls and outline On colour Doppler minimal internal vascularity noted. Hyperchoic lesion measuring 1.9 cm is noted in the region of neck of GB -? Calculus. Another cystic lesion measuring 3.3*2.5 cm is noted in segment VIII of right lobe with coarse internal echoes within. Intrahepatic billiary not dilated. ESR - 115 S.Bilirubin - Total - 2.1 mg% Direct - 1.0 mg% Indirect          - 1.1mg%

This is ultrasound report which indicates liver lesions and it cant be distinguished if this is mAlignant or benign. it seems like these are simple cysts but you need to do CTscan to rule out some more serious diagnoses such as tumors.then appropriate treatment can be performed.
