What Do The Following Test Results Indicate?

Hi,I would like to know if this result is bad. Right kidney measures 12.2 x 5.6 x 5.7 and the left measures 12.7 x 4.8 x 4.1 cm. There is no hydronephrosis on either side. There are two adjoining 1.4 and 1.8 cm sized cysts noted in the superior to mid portion of the right kidney and there is questionable mild increased echotexture of the kidneys noted bilaterally suggesting mild chronic medical renal disease. Correlation with renal function value is recommended.Lab results:1.45 cratinine serum 59 egfr 7.3 potein urinalisis:protein negative blood negative color yellow apperance clear

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The measurements of the kidney appears normal, no hydro-nephrosis suggest there is no obstructive pathology.
2.Increased echo-texture suggest that there is some chronic pathology.
3.The lab report suggest borderline values to wards increase values, not very bad results but needs attention.
4.The cysts in the right kidneys can be seen in few patients, does not needs active treatment just need to monitor then in followup scan.
5.In case of complex cyst - needs attention as they can transform in to malignancy.
6. Mean while for increased echo-texture need to correct any underlying medical conditions.
Good luck.
