What Do The Following Ultrasound Reports Indicate?

Hi! I had my 2nd ultrasound 2 days ago. It showed poorly decidualized and irregular gestational sac with collapsed yolk sac and embryo with no cardiac activity at 8weeks. The embryo did not grow at a normal rate. My 1st ultrasound at 5w6d showed an embryo with yolk sac but no heartbeat. However I don t feel any pain and no bleeding. What is your opinion on this?
