What Do The Itchy Red Bumps On The Right Arm Indicate?

i went camping last week. I woke up Thursday morning with little red bumps on the bend on my right arm and it itched. Two days ago it started to blister. now it is blistered and oozing and crusting yellow when it dries. And it burns a little now too. what is it and is there anything i can put on it to relieve it. I have a doctors appointment wednesday

it can be herpes simplex or scabies. get examined by dermatologist and when it is diagnosed, then treatment can be decided and advise can be given accordingly.till such time apply caladryl lotion.
