What Do The Pebbles That Emit Rock Below The Skin Of Chest And Belly Button Mean ?

I am 23 yrs old, 6 3 female about 210lbs. I have had these little pebbles on my chest (between breast) and near my belly button. they are like little pebbles and some are very sensitive when im on my period. What are they? There are alot, should I be worried? I popped one just now and a hard blackish/greyish rock came out. Please help...

Thanks for the query. Its is really difficult for me to come to a conclusion to without examining it. Get yourself examined by a dermatologist. I dont think your periods have anything to with that. HavE a healthy living
