What Do The Red Bumps On The Buttocks Of My 10-year-old Son Indicate?

my son he is 10. just camp back from camp Friday after spending a week there. Today he has red bumps on his buttocks, legs and feet. the palm of his hand as well. inside his throat he has them too. theya re red and look like they have white puss centers more in his mouth and down his throat. the ones on his legs and feet are just red. his buttock and the palm of his hand though look similar to the ones inside his mouth
