What Do The Scan Results Indicate?

Dr. Nirja, I am 25 years old and 24 weeks pregnant. I recently had anomaly scanning done which said Both Kidneys shows mild pelviectasia measuring 6.2 mm on right side and 6.0 mm on left side. ureters are not dilated bilaterally. Bladder appeared normal . Is this something to be worried...

It advisable to in follow up for further changes it is 24 week running still some weeks to go, in fact the peviectasis is slight enlargement of kidney this could be normal one some time still the condition need to be examined by expert with some high-tech sonomachine hope this information helps.
