What Do The Uterine Ultrasound Findings Imply?

hi..i m 36 years old..my ultrasound says that my uterus is Retroverted with regular contour and homogenious myometrium..my cervix is closed and homogenious..my endometrium is slightly thickened and trimilar with intact endomyometrial interface..my rigth ovary is posterolateral and contains immature follicles and the left ovary is lateral with follicles of varying sizes and 1 mature follicle measuring 2.2 x 1.9 cm. there is no adnexal masses seen and there is minimal fluid in the cul de sac...what s wrong?
