What Do These BP Levels Indicate For Dizziness And Chest Discomfort?
I am 50 years old and a nurse . My blood pressure normally runs 90-100 systolic and 50-70 diastolic. This morning I had a dizzy episode, where I was literally running into the walls and almost made a nose dive into the bathtub...as if my gait was off. My bp was 150/90. I tried to relax and laid down on the couch. Started to get chest discomfort left side anterior chest. Bp was 162/101. Tingling feeling on face around right side of lips. Was scared but tried to relax. Later today, bp norm at 100/54. Should I go to ED today or wait until symptoms come back?

I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause of your symptoms need to be rule out if this is dizzy feel only then it may need CT Imaging, in my opinion better to see the ER hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
