General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there. Yes a list of her medication would be helpful. Also if her age, weight and other comorbidities luke diabetes or hypertension.
The BP and pulse readings all look within normal range. Having said that it would be better to corelate with manually checked values.
Secondly how is her diet. If she is a fussy eater then some Vitamin deficiencies and low hemoglobin (anemia) can cause those symptoms.
also you need to check for what we call as postural hypotension. You see the bp might be fine in a lying down position but tends to drop upon standing for a few seconds in some people.
Hypothyroidism can also explain her symptoms..
A cardiac assessment is also necessary if she has a family history of Cardiac diseases and if she has risk factors like Obesity, Diabetes and use of oral contraceptives.
I suggest you get a complete Hemogram to look for Anemia to start with along Thyroid hormone levels.
I hope this has been useful.
I find this answer helpful
